Ben Vheir Cottage is one kilometre along the A828 towards Oban after leaving the A82 roundabout just south of the Ballachulish Bridge.

From the South - via Glasgow

From the centre of Glasgow or from the airport take the M8 west and cross the Clyde on the Erskine Bridge. Follow the signs for Loch Lomond and Crianlarich.

From Crianlarich follow the signs to Tyndrum. Stay on the A82 on to Bridge of Orchy and Glencoe.

After Glencoe follow the signs to Fort William but in about 5 kilometers you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit to Oban. Ben Vheir Cottage is a further kilometer on the right a few metres past the turning to Glenachulish.

From the South - via Edinburgh

Leave Edinburgh and head towards the airport. Keep on the dual carriageway and follow directions for Stirling joining the M9. Leave the M9 at junction 10 and follow signs for Stirling. Before reaching Stirling take the road to Callander. Go through Callander and reach Crianlarich via Lochearnhead and Glen Ogle. From Crianlarich follow the directions from Glasgow.

From the North

Approach Fort William on the A82 and use the by-pass along the loch. Carry on south to the Corran Ferry, over the Ballachulish Bridge. Shortly after the bridge there is a roundabout: take the first exit to Oban.  Ben Vheir Cottage is a further kilometre on the right a few metres past the turning to Glenachulish.
